Participants should register by filling out the Registration form and send it as an e-mail attachment to CMACdays2013@ijs.si. Deadline for registration is 15th November 2013.
Hotel accommodation should be booked via the Hotel reservation form and sent as an e-mail attachment to both CMACdays2013@ijs.si and info@hotel.mons.si. Deadline for Hotel reservation is 7th November 2013.
Senior participants will be accommodated in single rooms, whereas PhD students and postdocs will be accommodated in double rooms.
For C-MAC Institutions:
Each C-MAC member institution is entitled to send 3 delegates for whom there will be no registration fee and accommodation will be covered for three nights, from 9th to 12th December 2013. Please follow the registration deadline (7th November) in order to assure the availability of your accommodation. Should any C-MAC institution wish to send more than 3 delegates, then the supplementary delegates will have to pay the registration fee (see below) and book their own accommodation.
The available C-MAC budget allows to cover accommodation for 60 participants (30 in single rooms and 30 in double rooms).
Payment for non-C-MAC members and supplementary C-MAC delegates:
The registration fee for non-C-MAC members and supplementary C-MAC delegates (either staff or students) amounts to 150 €. The fee will be collected through the MONS Congress Centre, who will send an invoice to the applicants together with the payment instructions (the fee payment deadline is November 15). The registration fee will cover all conference expenses including lunch and dinner except basic accommodation (bed and breakfast). Non-members need to book and pay for accommodation themselves via the Hotel reservation form, which should be sent as an e-mail attachment to both CMACdays2013@ijs.si and info@hotel.mons.si.
