The conference fee for participants includes accommodation (for up to 3 nights), lunch (Tuesday and Wednesday; Thursday for board members), coffee breaks, welcome reception
(November 21), conference dinner (November 23), the participation in all scientific activities and conference material. For accompanying persons it includes the welcome reception and the conference dinner.
Conference fee (for non-members of the European C-MetAC network and accompanying persons):
- Participant: 250,00 €
- Accompanying Person 75,00 €
The conference fee must be paid in cash or by credit card (Mastercard, Visacard and American Express) on site upon registration.
Cancellations are accepted in writing only. For cancellations received by October 15, 2022 the full registration fee less a service charge of 30,00 € will be refunded. For cancellations received after October 15, 2022 no refunds will be possible.
