For C-MAC Institutions:
Each C-MAC member institution is entitled to send 3 delegates for whom there will be no registration fee and accommodations (for three nights, from 10 to 13th December 2012) will be provided free of charge. PhD students may be asked to share a double room. Please follow the registration deadline in order to assure the availability of your accommodations. Should any C-MAC institution wish to send more than 3 delegates, then the supplementary delegates will have to pay the registration fee (see below) and book their own accommodation.
Payment for non-C-MAC members and supplementary C-MAC delegates:
The registration fee for non-C-MAC members and supplementary C-MAC delegates (either staff or students) amounts to 150 €. This should be paid by bank transfer (see Bank account). The registration fee will cover all conference expenses except accommodations. Non-members must book and pay for accommodations themselves. Please transfer the fee payment no later than the 15th November 2012 to the account of the AGH University of Science and Technology, International Centre of Electron Microscopy for Materials Science. Please consider that your bank’s transactions charges must be covered by you (please contact your bank for detailed costs).

Accommodation
Accommodation for C-MAC members will be organised in Hotel Polonez, Hotel Saski, Hotel Maksymilian and Guesthouse Antica. C-MAC delegates will be assigned rooms once they have registered. PhD students may be asked to share a room.
Non-CMAC members and supplementary C-MAC delegates should make their own reservations and pay for their own hotel booking. The list of the hotels located in the neighbourhood of the meeting venue can be downloaded here.
