For all members:

The application form for tavelling is to be used by individuals wishing to apply for a financial support by NSU of expenses linked to a Young Scientist Exchange. Please fill in this form, sign it, and send it by e-mail together with the supporting documents to the treasurer. Applicant and host responsible will be informed as soon as possible on the approval or not by the NSU Board.

Authorised reimbursements of any expenses will only be paid  on proof of expenses incurred (per diems can thus not be paid, only costs duly proved by receipts e.g. meals). After your attendance at an authorised event, please return the completed expenses form by surface mail attaching the original receipts to:
